Formed in regions with 20+ members, led by a formal board and hosting structured events. Chapters are official SITE entities, hosting four or more annual events, offering leadership opportunities, and driving regional strategy.

Formed in regions with 10–19 members, offering flexible, informal meetups. Affiliates spark local connections through casual gatherings and shared resources — a perfect starting point for regions where SITE membership is growing.
