Grants & Scholarships

SITE Foundation was established by SITE to raise funds and support research, education and advocacy projects on behalf of the incentive travel industry.

Since 2017 SITE Foundation has invested over $1.75 million to drive the business case for incentive travel and support professional development within the industry.

SITE Foundation offers grants and scholarships to individuals, to SITE chapters and to industry entities whose remit matches our core objectives.

SITE Foundation Academic Scholarship

Created to support our members as they pursue what is important to them, a higher education! The scholarship is a one-time award of $5,000 USD.

SITE Global Conference Scholarship

Scholarship recipients are selected by the SITE Foundation Board of Trustees and receive complimentary travel, accommodation, and registration to SITE Global Conference up to a value of $6,000.

Administered through SITE Foundation, this fund offers financial assistance to SITE members who are experiencing difficulties.

Industry Grants

Every year SITE Foundation allocates funds for a project(s) to be delivered in the following year. The funds will be disbursed to one, or spread over multiple, grant applications, based on the individual merit of the applications received and evaluated by the assessment committee.

Grants to SITE Chapters

SITE Foundation provides grants for chapters to do work locally and to support the chapter

Date range – first come, first serve, from January 1 until December 31 of the current year, or until funds are exhausted.

With ten grants up to $5,000, chapters have the opportunity to secure funding for projects that align with our mission.

SITE Foundation will provide grants towards projects involving, but are not limited to: educational workshops, community outreach programs, membership campaigns, chapter events.
