We have a number of opportunities where you can make an impact on the future of SITE and SITE Foundation by volunteering your time and contributing to one of our committees. Every year we have a call for volunteers, our application period for 2026 is now open.

2026 SITE Committees

SITE Young Leaders’ Committee
Shape the future of SITE through programming aimed at engaging and developing our young leader community.

SITE Crystal Awards
Support the Crystal Awards process with overall program review and judge selection.

SITE Education Committee
Review submissions for SITE Global Conference speakers to ensure a diversity of content that aligns to SITE’s strategic architecture (time required between August and October).

SITE Member Committee
To explore the member journey specifically from new member to 2nd year to improve the member experience and retention.

2026 SITE Communities

Sustainability Community
Produce webinars and education for the Sustainability Special Interest Group deliveries at IMEX and Global Conference. Create the online resource library, as well as support chapter sustainability efforts.

Women in Leadership Community
Support the mentor program, produce webinars and education for the Women in Leadership Community deliveries at IMEX and Global Conference. Create the online resource library, and website landing page.

Wellness Community
Develop wellness-focused initiatives for SITE including webinars and an online resource library. Provide guidance on wellness programs and support Chapter wellness efforts.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility Community (DEIBA)
Support DEIBA-focused initiatives at SITE ensuring that all members, regardless of background, feel valued and empowered. Provide guidance to local chapters and create an online resource library.

All positions require:

An active 2026 SITE membership
A desire to contribute your time and talents to the advancement of SITE, SITE Foundation, and our industry
Attend one monthly call with committee or community (1 hour max).
The ability to collaborate with other SITE members from all over the globe toward committee objectives
Belief that teamwork makes the dreamwork
Commitment of 4-6 hours per month to achieve the committee or community objectives
