Communities @ SITE
Welcome to communities@SITE, where you find kindred spirits and like-minded incentive travel professionals, whatever your interests.
What is a SITE Community?
Communities are specialty groups that are orientated around topics and themes that connect SITE members with a common interest. Each SITE Community is led by up to 2 chairs known as “Community Influencers”.
The purpose of SITE communities is to:
- Connect SITE members that share a common interest
- Provide peer-to-peer content relevant to the community theme (e.g., Wellness content, Sustainability content, etc.)
Who can be a part of the community?
Active SITE members can volunteer on a SITE Community. Members can volunteer during SITE’s annual open Call for Volunteers.
- Community influencers – serve a one-year term as volunteer leaders and can express interest in serving in this role during SITE’s annual Call for Volunteers.
- Community volunteers - open to all SITE members during SITE’s annual Call for Volunteers
- Members at large – any active SITE member can opt to join a SITE Community at any time. Members at large receive notifications of new community content, and networking opportunities. Members can join a community by updating their member profile in mySITE anytime throughout the year. This is a communication preference, not a volunteer role.
