The hosted buyer 2026 application is now live. Please note: if you submitted an application for 2025, you still need to submit a form for the upcoming year.

SITE Classic, August 24-27, 2026 | Puerto Rico, USA (only US & Canadian buyers considered)

What attendance offers
SITE is the “I” in MICE and the only association dedicated exclusively to incentive travel and motivational events. All attendees at SITE events, whether they’re buyers or suppliers, hosted attendees or partner sponsors are treated as incentive participants who experience the program as true qualifiers from pre-event communication to post-event evaluation.

While we always endeavour to place you in your preferred program and destination, this application form does not guarantee selection and is subject to a final review. All selections are made to ensure the highest quality program for all participants and partners. Your responses should highlight your role, involvement and impact on direct program spend within your organization.

Who reviews hosted buyer applications?
Each year’s applications are reviewed by an anonymous hosted buyer committee made up of members from SITE’s International Board of Directors and the SITE Foundation Board of Trustees.
How are hosted buyer applications reviewed and scored?
The hosted buyer committee uses a weighted scorecard to evaluate each application. The scorecard considers whether the applicant is a SITE member and past event attendance, and also focuses on overall purchasing power and budgets, examples of previous incentive programs and past references, size of programs, and other business-related criteria.
Do I need to reapply if I’ve been a hosted buyer at previous SITE events?
Yes — anyone interested in attending a SITE event as a hosted buyer needs to submit a new application for each calendar year, indicating interest and suitability for the coming year’s slate of events. If you attended events as a hosted buyer in 2025, for example, you will need to resubmit your details for any events taking place in 2026, using the current hosted buyer application form (linked to above on this page).
What are my chances of being accepted as a hosted buyer?
SITE typically receives 200 or more applications for an average of 40 hosted buyer spots at each event.
