The SITE Florida & Caribbean chapter was founded in 1994 and has been providing it’s members with high quality relevant education, networking events, and charitable contributions to causes in both Florida and the Caribbean Islands. We take pride in our chapter’s members and the diversity that our members offer. For years the chapter’s Board of Director’s have kept our chapter fiscally stable through their business acumen and our amazing sponsors. Being a member of SITE Florida & Caribbean is more that being a member of a power association but a member of our family.

Welcome to the Florida & Caribbean SITE Chapter. We are proud to represent Florida and several of the individual Caribbean Islands as part of the only global network of travel and event professionals committed to incentive travel.

Our members are suppliers and buyers in the Hospitality, Meetings, Events and Incentive Travel industry, ranging from Destination Management Companies, Hoteliers, Meeting/Event Planners, Furniture rentals, Flower vendors, Linen Vendors, Audio Visual providers, Private and Commercial Airlines, Cruise lines and everything in between. Our chapter focuses on enhancing member experiences with on-line and in-person events, education, various CSR and community activities, supplier to buyer networking, mentoring and industry engagement. Through these events we build strong relationships and industry knowledge to help further incentive travel. We constantly strive to meet our member’s needs and show the value of being an affiliate of SITE FL & Caribbean.

Rooted in SITE’s mission to unite the global incentive travel industry, our chapter is dedicated to showcasing the diverse offerings and unique experiences of Florida and the Caribbean, positioning our region as a premier destination for incentive travel.

This year, we will focus on driving membership growth, championing inclusivity, sustainability, health, and wellness, strengthening inter-chapter relations, empowering leadership, and building strategic partnerships to expand our impact.

Additionally, we proudly support the SITE Foundation and the SITE International Board of Directors, advancing education, research, and advocacy for our industry.
