SITE Turkey Chapter is one of the first countries that has hosted the SITE Global Conference (previously known as SITE University) in 1996 in Istanbul.

When the Turkish Ministry of Tourism decided not to attend IBTM in the 90s, SITE Turkey Chapter shouldered the responsibility of representing Turkey and continued to do so, organizing glamorous and memorable events in Geneva IBTM for years. SITE Turkey Chapter has always worked for the progress of Incentive Tourism in Turkey and continues to do so with its proactive, embracing attitude to be the voice of the Incentive Industry.

Our inspiring and challenging project was to provide equal educational opportunity to underprivileged students through a non-profit association, ODD – founded in 2020 by 2 Turks who had believed that digital technologies are the only solution for reaching out to students with equal educational opportunities regardless of geography and regardless of the socio-economic conditions they live in with measurable and scalable results.
