SITE’s year round membership referral program

With over 3,500 incentive travel professionals from 90 countries around the world holding SITE membership, SITE is the “I” in MICE, the natural home for anyone involved in incentive travel and its transformative power on individuals, corporations and destinations.

As part of our 2026 membership updates, SITE’s Member-Get-a-Member referral offer will be available all year long, effective as of October 1, 2025.

How does the program work?

• As a current member, if you refer 4 or more members in a single membership year, your membership will be complimentary the following year
• The members you refer must be NEW members of SITE (not renewing)
• NEW members must provide their referring member’s email in their membership application under the referral section
• You, as the active member, can submit names for referral via the form below

What’s changed?

• Member-get-a-member is now a year round for current members.

• SITE has a launched a new membership offer campaign called ReNEW in SITE for new and renewing members, and it will be active during IMEX America and IMEX Frankfurt. Find out more about the ReNEW campaign here.
