About
This February 2026, Abu Dhabi — where ancient traditions meet bold modern innovation — will host the SITE Global Conference, bringing our global community together in one of the world’s most remarkable destinations.
Framed by iconic landmarks, world-class cultural institutions, and breathtaking desert landscapes, this year’s conference embraces the theme of “Wonder, Awe & Curiosity,” exploring how these forces inspire connection, creativity, and transformative incentive travel experiences.
Join us as we connect, learn, and discover in a city that embodies both heritage and progress. From the architectural wonder of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, to the artistic energy of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, to the serenity of desert dunes, Abu Dhabi offers the perfect stage to reflect on the future of our industry. Immersive cultural encounters and local experiences will highlight how travel fosters connection, celebrates diversity, and advances sustainable tourism.
Be part of a global gathering that not only rewards, but inspires — celebrating the power of people, culture, and place. Together, in Abu Dhabi, we’ll shape the future of incentive travel.
