This movement was born from a simple idea — our industry thrives when our people do. The Wellness Community is a dedicated space to explore how wellness can be intentionally woven into our personal lives, attendee experiences, and company cultures.

The Wellness Community is guided by three foundational pillars:
- Personal wellness: focused on the individual, this pillar emphasizes self-care, setting boundaries, building resilience, and creating space for recovery and reflection.
- Attendee wellness: from healthy food options to mindfulness moments in meeting agendas, this pillar is about designing experiences that nurture the well-being of our attendees — supporting their energy, comfort, and overall incentive experience.
- Team & company wellness: creating healthier workplace cultures, this pillar promotes organizational practices that support mental health, flexible work, empathy-driven leadership, and a sustainable approach to productivity.
These pillars reflect the multi-dimensional nature of wellness and serve as a roadmap for SITE members and friends to begin — or deepen — their commitment to healthier ways of working and living.
