This year, we’re spotlighting wellness through a mix of keynote speakers, interactive breakouts, and personal growth opportunities. SITE Chicago: SITE Chicago Grand Slam
Q: In one or two sentences, how would you describe this event to someone who has never attended?
A: Grand Slam is a hosted buyer event that takes place at the Wrigley Rooftops during a Chicago Cubs baseball game. It’s our premier summer networking event that brings suppliers and planners together in an iconic setting for a quintessential summer afternoon in Chicago. Q: What makes this event successful or special for your chapter?
A: This event came to life through the imaginations and brainstorming of our Young Leaders committee several years ago. When in-person events began to return after the pandemic, the chapter chose to try it out as a summer networking event in 2022 for about 75 people. The response was overwhelming and every year since we have increased the number of tickets available and have subsequently sold out each year.
The positive feedback and word of mouth exceeded our wildest dreams and has led to a full venue buyout, where we will host over 200 industry colleagues in 2025.

Purposefully sized and intentionally designed it not only fosters meaningful connections but also puts a strong spotlight on the host destination, allowing attendees to fully experience its incentive potential through curated programming and local partnerships.
